SCAM ALERT - Fake ISU Credit Union Telephone calls

The last few weeks people have been receiving telephone calls on their work phones as well as, there cell phones with computerized voice advising it is the ISU Credit Union. The call is usually about a suspended credit card and you are given a phone number to dial to reactivate it. DO NOT CALL the number provided, this is a fraudulent number being used to collect your private account information. These calls are a fraudulent and you should not respond by email or by telephone call. DO NOT ever give out your private information by phone or by email. If you did not initiate the call and you do not know absolutely who you are talking to you should never give out private information. The ISU Credit Union will NEVER ask you to give out personal information by email or text message.

Don’t be a Victim - Know absolutely who you are speaking to before ever giving out any personal information. If you believe you may have given out private account information, notify ISU Credit Union.
